EXPERIENCE THE DIVA DIFFERENCE

THE COMPETITION WITH A CAUSE

Divacomps is a proud supporter of the CdLs Foundation. Owner, Kym Yadisernia’s son Jack was born with a rare genetic disorder, Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. Diva was born as a way to spread awareness about CdLs, raise funds, and bring dancers together to do something they love for the greater good.

YOU'RE MORE THAN A NUMBER

Diva’s unique live judging format provides dancers with a very personalized competition experience. The opportunity to receive immediate feedback from the judges provides an instant, personal connection between dancers and judges, making for a more intimate, classroom-like experience.

ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE FREE

By participating in our competition, you are helping to support our cause, the CdLs Foundation. As a thank you, we provide all of your routine photos and videos for free. Photos are available for download during the event. Videos are available are available within two days after the event.

WE HAVE REASONABLE HOURS

We will never begin or end at unreasonable hours. We'll never schedule routines before 7:00 AM or after 10:30 PM, and we will not start until after school hours on Fridays. Our goal is to provide the most positive and personal experience possible to every dancer and studio and therefore we will never overfill an event.

The Benefits of Live Judging
Diva Dance Competition

Live judging not only provides a more personal experience for the dancers but also a more educational one. Instant feedback allows the dancers to apply their critiques immediately to their next routine and grow and improve as the day goes on. Dancers also receive their award right after their routine making for much shorter award ceremonies.
